About Us
Founded between 2017–2019 as a carpentry-focused startup, FDS began as a specialist support unit for small to medium commercial and residential projects.
What started as a 5-man team has now grown into a full-fledged interior design and renovation firm with in-house consultants, drafters, M&E specialists,
and submission experts.
As the world shifted during the pandemic, so did we — diversifying into renovation and builder works, offering reliable fit-out support across
residential and commercial spaces.
Today, with a team of over 12 professionals, we take on projects ranging from compact residential upgrades to commercial fit-outs and maintenance contracts — all while keeping the human touch at the heart of our service.
The Story of Our Director
Ms. Panny Wong
While many studied design in school, Panny Wong built her expertise the harder way — through hustle, hands-on site work, and YouTube tutorials.
Between 2017 and 2019, she launched the business using freelance drafting support, juggling everything from client discussions to sketches. By 2019, she dove headfirst into self-learning AutoCAD and SketchUp, pairing online theory with on-site supervision and real-world problem-solving.
She didn’t just draw — she measured, negotiated, solved problems, and met customers face-to-face, every step of the way. From 2021 to today, her knowledge, confidence, and creativity have helped deliver over 200 successful projects, spanning:
